Roasted Asparagus

This side dish can also be cooked in a foil packet or vegetable grid on the grill
Serves 20
INGREDIENTS
5 # asparagus spears, broken at root end
½ cup chopped garlic
3 lemons, grated zest and juice
1 Tablespoon fennel seeds
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Toss vegetables with everything else. Place on sheet pan and roast until slightly golden brown (about 10 minutes).
